A waiting room that cannot name a patient
Patients scan a code to check in and watch their place from their own phone. The screen on the wall calls them through by token, and the board behind the desk is the same task board the rest of the workspace runs on.
The safety is structural rather than careful: a card’s title is a token, and renaming it to something a person is called is refused by the server. Nothing has to remember to strip a name, because a name never gets in.
